Sodeno19 Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the sodeno19 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account, accessing or using any part of the sodeno19 platform, you hereby agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the sodeno19 platform.
Acceptance of these terms also covers all related policies published by sodeno19, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and sodeno19 as the platform operator.
Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from registering or using this platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each individual is permitted to hold only one account on sodeno19. Registering multiple accounts using the same name, email address, phone number or payment details is prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information. sodeno19 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals or approving bonus claims. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.
You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact sodeno19 customer support immediately. sodeno19 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from the user's own negligence.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
As a sodeno19 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful personal entertainment and not to violate any applicable laws or regulations in Malaysia. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Using bots, automated software, scripts or any other unauthorised method to access or interact with the platform.
- Engaging in fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal financial activity through this platform.
- Sharing account credentials or transferring account balances to another user without prior written consent from sodeno19.
- Attempting to exploit technical bugs, system vulnerabilities or display errors to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using a VPN or any other method to conceal your actual location in order to circumvent geographical restrictions or platform policies.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payments, Transactions and Financial Policies
All transactions on the sodeno19 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Accepted deposit methods include TNG eWallet, FPX (internet banking) and other local payment methods displayed in your account's deposit section. sodeno19 is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by third-party payment service providers.
Successfully processed deposits are final and cannot be reversed once credited to your account. For withdrawals, the applicable minimum amount is as stated in your account section. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to completion of identity verification.
All bonus transactions are subject to the rollover (wagering) requirements specified in the relevant promotions section. Bonus balances and real money balances are managed separately within the sodeno19 system. Funds credited as a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the rollover requirements have been fully met within the stipulated validity period.
Sodeno19 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawal processing for purposes of legal compliance, identity verification, or investigation of suspicious transactions. In such cases, the user will be notified and asked to provide any additional information required.
5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links
Liability Limits
Sodeno19 provides this platform on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, sodeno19 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical disruptions, system failures or unauthorised third-party access resulting from the user's own negligence.
Intellectual Property
All content on the sodeno19 platform, including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface designs, text, graphics and software, is the exclusive property of sodeno19 or its respective licensors. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify or exploit any of this content without prior written authorisation.
Third-Party Links
The sodeno19 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for users' reference. sodeno19 does not control, endorse or accept responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any such third-party websites. Use of external links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policies, Changes to Terms and Governing Law
Account Suspension and Closure
Sodeno19 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, platform abuse, violation of these terms, or any unlawful activity. In the event of account closure on legitimate grounds, any withdrawable real money balance (after deducting any bonus funds with unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the user via the original payment method once the investigation is concluded.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting sodeno19 customer support. Such requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the settlement of any outstanding transactions.
Changes to These Terms
Sodeno19 reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this website. Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. You are advised to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the sodeno19 platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
